Refund Policy

Because every program is personalized and work begins as soon as you join, refunds are limited as set out below.

Coaching packages

• Before your plan is delivered: request a refund within 48 hours of payment and before your personalized plan has been sent for a full refund.
• After your plan is delivered: the current coaching block is non-refundable.
• You can choose not to renew at the end of any block.

Supplement & Peptide Education

Consultations can be rescheduled with 24 hours' notice. Once a consultation has taken place it is non-refundable.

How to request

Email hello@tumiaesthetics.com with your Paystack payment reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
